Uttar Pradesh NEET PG Counseling and Admission 2022

• Eligibility Criteria for NEET PG Counseling 2022

1. The Candidate must have passed MBBS/BDS from any recognized medical college/ institution/ university.
2. Qualifying NEET PG 2022 is a must for candidates.
3. Candidates should have completed their 1 year compulsory internship by 31st March, 2022 and MD/MS/Diploma by 30th June 2022.
4. Candidates who are accepted into a course based on their previous performance on the U.P.P.G.M.E.E., A.I.P.G.M.E., or NEET PG must first complete or pass that course.
5. Candidates graduated from AMU, Santosh Medical College (Deemed University) or BHU or any other Indian state are eligible only for Private medical colleges in U.P.
6.  Only those NEET qualified and online registered PMHS candidates whose names appear on the state merit list and who received NOC under the Medical & Health Department, U.P. policy will be eligible for the NEET PG 2022 U.P.counseling.

• Documents Required for Admission

           Both original and a self assessed copy of documents will be required for admission

• High school certificate
• Marksheets of all official exams
• Passing certificate/ degree of MBBS/ BDS.
• Completion certificate of 1 year rotatory internship.
• Permanent Registration Certificate (U.P. State/ MCI/ DCI).
• Admit card of NEET PG 2022.
• Copy of allotment letter
• If employed, employers relieving certificate.
• S.C./ S.T./ O.B.C./ EWS/ PwD certificate, if applicable.

• Admission Process

1.The Principal, Dean, or Director of the relevant Medical Colleges, Institutes, or Universities will grant admission to the candidate to different P.G. Degrees or Courses based on state merit.

2. Government Colleges :- 

• A candidate who has been allotted a seat in a government institution must complete all admissions requirements, including the fee deposition, before the college's announced deadline or else they will forfeit their claim to admission.
• A bond of 100 Rs will be made stating the penalty of Rs 5,00,000 (five lakhs) if the student leaves the seat after 2nd counseling or before completion of course study.

3.  Private Colleges :- 

• A candidate who has been allotted a seat in a private institution must complete all admissions requirements, including the fee deposition at allotted college in case of dental college and at Nodal center in case of medical college, before the college's announced deadline or else they will forfeit their claim to admission.
• A bond of 100 Rs will be made stating:-

1. Candidates have to deposit tuition fees of the entire course if he/she leaves the seat after mopup round or before course completion.
2. If the candidate vacates the seat two days prior to the mop-up round, his security deposit and fee deposit at admission will be forfeited.  

4. All original documents of the student will remain deposited at the admission center.

• List of Private Medical Nodal Centers

Note:-  Students who will be allotted seats in any State medical/ dental college, institution or university have to connect with their respective allotted college for further admission process and document verification.

• Service Bond

According to the norms, applicants who have been given seats in the government medical colleges of Uttar Pradesh must sign a bond pledging to serve the state for a minimum of two years.
